Documents the users marked as wrong. Review the original and the Excel from "details", then resolve.
A company without a current package cannot upload (unless exempt: GOVADI itself, trials). Payment is handled outside the system.
A document counts ceil(pages / pages per unit) units when its result is done; failed runs and duplicates are free. Periods run month to month from the start date; unused documents do not roll over.
